If you’ve been following along on @SawyierStyle IG lately, you’ve seen previews or visited my new ShopMy page. This is where I will host most of my shopping recommendations (I have an Amazon page, but more on that later). It includes categories like skincare (that m/u artist Charlotte Rose Monks recommends) for prepping your face before your makeup, my travel essentials (most under $100), and even SALE curations like the one I recently featured on Banana Republic’s promotional event (I still like the items even when they’re not 40% off + there’s menswear basics in here—my fave for Mark since he’s so tall & they have his size run in length).
My womenswear selects from the Saks Friends & Family Sale are also live.
If you have any shopping-related questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I love talking to you, understanding your pain points, receiving your recommendations (I can’t possibly know every product out there!), and hearing about how an item, article of clothing, or product made you feel like a million bucks or made an improvement in your daily life.
You can respond to these emails, comment on the newsletters below, and DM me on Instagram. I’ve already shared my thoughts via email with a friend on why Ondo socks are the only no-shows you should wear. BTW for the socks, I wear a medium (I’m a size 8 in shoes), and they’re sold out currently. I recommend light grey/black - since they’re a no-show; after all, you won’t see them in your white sneakers.
🎯 Pro tip: There are little ℹ️ icons on the ShopMy pages in the top left, hovering over product images in their shopping collections. If this is visible, you can click it for my notes on the specific product, including fit and sizing, color options, ways to style it, why I love it, what clients and friends have to say about it, and so on. Again, you can always reach out to me to ask any sizing/fit-related questions. 😊
Some of the items are affiliate links. For those that are, I earn a small commission at no cost to you when you purchase through them. This allows me to continue to share my perspective and tips for free and frequently as a bonus to my wardrobe styling business. I appreciate your support, resharing, and engagement!
Happy shopping! And as always, wear it well.

☀️ Bring Regular Beauty Into Your Routine
Spring is here, and the skin is coming out.
The Only Facial delivers the ingredients to generate a glow year-round. I go monthly for face maintenance, ensuring my skin is in great shape as we enter the sunshine season. They make it easy with one facial, the same price every time, no tipping, and no upsells on other products. In and out efficiently. I liken it to a face workout, in a way.
The science is that our skin cells regenerate approximately every 28-42 days. Fine lines, wrinkles, and pigment inconsistencies are often directly caused by this build-up of dead skin cells. And dead skin = dull skin. I don’t want dull skin. I want happy skin. My 30-day cadence makes my face brighter, hydrated, cleaner, and clearer. You can have the same.
The Only Facial currently operates four locations in Saint Louis: Clayton, University City, Des Peres, and St. Charles.

🪞Let’s Talk About Style
A common concern I hear from prospective clients is, “You’re not going to over-style me, right?” That means not putting you in something so farfetched from who you are that you feel like a fish out of water or adding just one too many elements to your look that you feel is too done up.
Great stylists will learn about you, your lifestyle, your comforts and discomforts, and your preferences and help guide you to enhancing who you already are, not putting you in costumes. No two of my clients are alike. If you work with me, you know my reference to turning the dial up and down like the volume knob on a speaker when articulating your style for each of your settings, akin to knowing how to read the room.
When you’re dressed as an elevated version of yourself, you shine. When you’re dressed like you’re walking onto an elaborate stage show, you want to run away; at least, most people do. Makeup artist Charlotte Rose Monks and I share our thoughts on “over-styling” and how we meet you where you’re at. Watch this quick video below.
🎤 Do You Work Your Muscles?
This past week, I was interviewed on Lisa Nichols’ Something Extra! podcast. In this episode… we discuss a lot: why style matters, overcoming decision fatigue, my entrepreneurial journey, what competitive skiing taught me, and how I build up my own confidence.
I hope you’ll consider listening 💛 Sound bite below, and link to listen to the entire conversation here.
