Matching sets are the ultimate wardrobe maximizers. Two pieces can multiply into many looks beyond simply pairing them together. I sometimes find a set to be more beneficial to a spring closet than a dress, but that’s just my personal preference. They’re also practical travel pieces, giving you variety in your daily looks and reducing repeat wear while dressing from your luggage.
I’ve rounded up my favorite matching sets for the spring season. Everything from silky pajama imitators, evening duets in brocade and feathers, linen mainstays for the forthcoming heat, and the coziest of sweats for lounging and running around.

🏀 All Eyes On Women’s Sports
Watching the game and various reports/videos on the NCAA Women’s Basketball Final, I can’t help but connect the dots between the power of women’s viewership (record-shattering 18.9M compared to the men’s 14.8M) and the economy. Brands and retailers should pay more attention to this. There is opportunity here.
The Wall Street Journal reported that women’s basketball received 99% less TV money. For context, that was $6.5 million for TV rights and $873 million for the men. It’s been announced that next year, it will increase to $65 million for women. But even in this record-shattering viewership for women, it continues to be a fraction of dollars compared to the men.
I shared my thoughts on the impact women have from an influential, wealth, and wallet-share perspective below - I welcome yours!
