Quiet luxury. Stealth wealth. These terms are floating around as HBO’s Succession final season kicks off. I had some commentary on the premiere earlier this week. But this aesthetic isn’t anything new. At the core, it’s a classic, quality style that has stood the test of time.
Understated, well-fitting clothing comes up in every closet I’m in. This style is for all. I’ve put together elevated casual and tailored looks in womenswear and menswear. Click through each lookbook image for plenty more styles to shop from a wide range of brands and retailers. Three key tips on maintaining this chic style are featured at the bottom of this email.

3️⃣ Tips for “Quiet Luxury” Dressing
✔️ Label-less, but not always luxury — the most stylish people dress high-low and there are plenty of luxury items that are re-sale available for a fraction of the price out in the marketplace. Regardless, no logos or words are visibly present in any of the garments. Keep that a secret to yourself.
✔️ Tailored + Textured — great fit is everything. It’s my top style tip when asked for one. Ensuring that clothing fits to your body is key to looking your best, timeless, and modern at the same time. Find a tailor or seamstress, and they’re your new secret weapon. To add to a classic look, stick within a single or minimal blended color palette but look to mixing textures to emphasize and layer for a tasteful ensemble. Wool and silk, linen and jersey, denim and suede, leather and chiffon.
✔️ Understated yet unique — keep things simple by following the above two tips. Less is more when it comes to the classics. But use this opportunity to break out a single piece or accessory that makes a statement of your own… it could be a necklace, watch, or vintage leather belt. Try just one to put your personal spin on it.
